Individual Counseling
$150 for 50 minute session
Individual counseling can look a lot of different ways depending on the issues you are facing, your unique life experiences, and the goals you have for your therapy process. Collaboration is the approach I take in developing your treatment.
DBT Skills Training Group
$90 per 3 hour group session
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based approach to developing the necessary skills to tolerate distress, regulate emotions, incorporate mindfulness into daily life, and improve interpersonal communication in a confidential group setting.

LPCA Supervision Services
$120 per supervision hour
Obtaining counseling supervision can be an intimidating and overwhelming process. I offer an authentic and humanistic approach to providing clinical supervision approved by the KY Board of Licensed Professional Counselors for LPCA’s.
